My general advice would be to buck inclination to be the “matchy, matchy” with your bathroom vanities. Unmatched vanities can add whimsy and an unexpected sophistication to the room.
However, if the space is small or if the vanities are too different from each other, your look may appear muddled rather than sophisticated. So be sure there is some unifying characteristic shared between the two vanities.
